Baking the traditional way
The Bakery has been serving Kirkburton since 1985, baking fresh bread, pastries and celebration cakes the traditional way. We start at 4am every morning to make sure our sourdough is ready when you arrive at 7:30.
What began as a small village bakery has grown with the community, but our approach hasn't changed. We still mix, prove and bake by hand, using time and temperature rather than shortcuts.
